and mama wants to make sure he has what he needs and wants.  Right now he is playing with his Duckie Towel...loves it...That's my
brother he's got pinned down.  They play all the time...hahaha.   God Bless!!!  We love you!      April and Dennis Hargis     10-29-09

Diane, I just want to take a moment and share with you how much we love that sweet little girl.  I know that you must miss her
tremendously, and hope it puts your mind at ease to know that Percy absolutely adores  her and was smitten with her the moment they
met!  He was the sweetest thing and carried food from his bowl to her!  Isn't that unbelievable??  He plays with her and is so careful not to
be too rough, and cuddles up to her at night.  They were fast friends!  I have to go now, but wanted to let you know how incredibly well they
are doing.  Talk to you very soon.                   Janie   10-28-09

Hello Diane!  Just wanted to let you know that Mia is amazing!  She is even going to the door to go out!  She is a baby doll and adapting very
well, no real adjustment problems.  So thank you again for raising such nice puppies!   Thanks,    Laurie Van Drake     10-25-09

Thanks so much for Arthur.  He is such a bundle of joy and we are so grateful to have him.  It definitely was worth the long wait.  I am so
truly appreciate all you have done.    Sincerely,   Karli and Stephan        10-16-09

Hi Diane!      I just wanted to give you a quick update on Percy.  We are all so completely in love with this little guy.  He's growing so much,
and most days, part of me swears he's human -- so full of personality!  Percy is the absolute sweetest and best dog I've ever had in my life,
and am so thankful you sent him to be part of our family!   Attached is a picture (one of my very favorites) of him snuggled up in his quilt,
sleeping... Darling, huh?!      Janie   7-23-09

Hi Diane.  I wanted to show you how much Oscar has grown!  We had to get his hair trimmed short for the summer, but I plan to let it grow
out again.  We went on vacation and he did not get brushed quite enough, so his hair was a mess!  He is still doing very well with Ed.  They
love to take walks together.  They always seem to get a little crazy in the evenings, but it is fun to watch them play.  Ed is very patient with
Oscar.   Oscar sleeps all night in his crate by our bed.  Sometimes he even goes to bed on his own.  In the morning after Andy leaves for
work he will curl up with me.  He has also discovered he can jump up into the recliner chair right next to our window.  He likes to sit there
and look out the window.    He has been so much fun and such a love.  I would love to get another one some day.  If you come across a
puppy that would get along well with Oscar and Eddie, let me know!     Colleen Schuster    7-29-09

Dear Diane,   Sorry it took me so long to fill you in on "Piper."  She keeps me so  busy that I don't have much free time.  Yes, she is still
Piper.  We tried out several names but Piper is the one that stuck.  My husband sometimes calls her "Itsy" as in itsy bitsy.  I know you were
kind of worried about him accepting her but she has totally won him over.  I'll have to watch out or she could easily become his puppy.  She
had her spaying on Monday morning.  They also pulled 3 baby teeth that were hanging on after the permanant ones were in and we had a
chip implanted.  She was supposed to spend the night but right before closing, the vet called and said that she was refusing to eat.  Since
the vet knows me pretty well, she ask if I could take her home.  Piper was so thrilled to see her Mom and to be home again that she gobbled
up her food immediately.  You don't think she might be a little spoiled, do you?   Piper has one speed and that is full speed ahead.  She has a
routine that about 8 PM, she starts her race through the  condo.  We have quite a bit of open space and she speeds from room to room,
with her tail tucked between her back legs.  I guess she thinks that makes for better speed.  She also has the game of fetch down pat.  She
will play until our arms wear out from throwing.   Anyhow,  I guess you can tell, she is much loved.  Mika, our Llasa Apso was a little put out
when Piper came but now they are pretty good buddies.   I wanted to ask you, at what age do you consider them full grown?   She weighed
8.6 lbs. on Monday.  Also, I wondered if Piper's sister, Pollyanna found a home.  If I could have taken them both, I would have.  I was sad to
leave her there but I guess there always has to be the last of the litter.   You've given us a great experience and I will continue to sing your
praises.  I hope you like the photos but I wish I had your photography skills.     As Ever,    Marge Burgess     5-15-09

Hello, Diane!!!!!    I just had to Thank You…Again, for Miss Nina!!!!  She is doing fantastic!!!!  99% Housebroken, at 11 weeks!!!….she either
uses her puppy pads ( or gets really close!), or goes potty outside!!!!  Oh, Yes…outside, is where she wants to be!!!  We got her Frontline
medicine, her 2nd day home…she chases Ryan everywhere!!! She  runs the bases, chases her ball, and squeaky toys…and sleeps in our
bed, exhausted, all night!!!  Occasionally, she will wake me, at 3am, to go peepees…but usually , she is all snuggled down, in her blanky,
until 8:30am!!!!!  Ryan even brought her to preschool, today, for show & tell!!!  She is so well adjusted…she gave kisses, and let all the kids
pet her…she fears no one, and is getting along famously, with all the neighborhood dogs….the Bichon, and Cairn, are her favorites..so far!!!
I will tell you, our Murphy Brown, is a very tough act, to follow…and Nina has already surpassed, any expectations, that we had!!!  She has
actually been EASIER, than Murphy was, as a puppy…I NEVER thought, I would ever  be  saying that!!!!  She eats like a trooper, plays her
sweet little heart out…and then takes a siesta…either on the couch, her blanky, on my shoes, or the register vent!!!!   So pretty, and sweet,
and kind….she has brought all the smiles, back to our home!!!!  Please keep me posted..we would love to add a blondie, in a year, or
so!!!!                 Xoxoxoxoxxo  Love, Mary Beth, Dave, Ryan..and Miss Nina Dooley    5-6-09

Hi, Diane.     Wanted to let you know we took Leo to our Vet on Friday for his shots.  Everything was good.  His scratching was from a little
yeast infection in his ears.  He's better already.  (She gave me some ear drops.)   I thought you might want to hear that our vet said Leo's
breeder was an 'excellent breeder' by everything she saw.  Shots right on time - and a good standard of medicine - really good food you had
him on - and a very socialized dog.  She asked for your name again.  She said most breeders don't strive for that kind of standard of
excellence.  She said I was very lucky!  Just wanted to pass this on to you.    Many thanks,    Char    4-27-09

Hi.  We're doing great.  Leo is an absolute delight.  I have a question on potty training.  If I take him out every few hours he does go.  We have
had very few accidents.  My question is when will he be letting me know when he has to go.  Is there a trick to get him to scratch at the door
or something?  Or is it an age thing?   He has his vet appointment tomorrow.   Thanks again, he sure is socialized well. You did a great job
there!   And he sleeps from 11 p.m. until about 6 or 7 a.m. a bonus!         char

Hi Diane,   I think of you so often but today I had to write just to let you know that we celebrated Jefferson's 13th birthday today.  Oh my gosh
what a treasure he has been and continues to be.  He is slowing down some and has some arthritis in his little legs and has lost tooth.
When I am studying and writing paper at the computer, he is right at my feet staring up at me or sometimes sleeping waiting for me to get
through.  He wants to be on my lap if I watch TV or anytime I sit in my chair.  He loves snacks and rides in the car.  He loves when we travel
to Virginia  and behaves the whole way.  Actually, he is perfect anytime he is with me.  Diane, it is so hard to acknowledge and thank you so
much for my treasure.  I look at your Website often and follow the beautiful puppies.  I would love to hear how you are and I hope all is well.  I
think of you and your beautiful home on the hill with all those wonderful puppies.  Take care and let me hear from you sometime.  Thanks
for everything.      Dee Stinnette     2-26-09

Hi Diane,   Thanks again for the photos of Pollyanna; thanks, too, for sending these photos of Simon.  Thank goodness for the Internet.  It
sure makes life more interesting (for the most part) and convenient!  Hopefully it's not much of a bother for you to send these pictures to
us.  It gives us the opportunity to watch Simon grow even though we're miles away.  We'll enjoy watching him go from guinea pig to Shih-
Tzu form.   It doesn't take long!   Vince and I are going to keep the name Simon.  We like it.  We had a cat name Simon who passed
prematurely.  We'll consider this Simon her namesake.   Pollyanna is showing great agility on our staircases.  She dashes from the first
floor to the third floor before we realize she's gone.  Our third floor is a finished attic space where the cat resides.  Pollyanna has learned
that the cat rarely finishes a meal.   We try to contain Pollyanna on the first floor, but she's very good about darting away from us if we're
distracted.  She's not very agile about going down the stairs, so she generally gives herself away when she does make it to the third floor.
Hopefully by now you've received our deposit check.  We're glad to hear the morning of April 11 works for you.  We'll plan on seeing you
then.   I hope all is well with you.    Sincerely,   David    2-23-09

Hi Diane,   Thank you very much for forwarding the photos of Pollyanna.  They'll provide an excellent start for her photo album.
As you indicated, Pollyanna sure is a kisser!  She has a very sweet personality and can't cuddle enough!  Pollyanna is adjusting quickly to
her new environment.  She loves being outdoors and runs to the door everytime she hears it open.  She's been getting out frequently since
Vince had Monday off and I had today off.  Tomorrow will be the real test when we both have to go to work and leave her alone for the
greater share of the day.  I think she'll really miss our company.  Fortunately we both work relatively close to the house and can get home
for lunch to check on her.  She has the company of our cat, Idgie, but so far the cat is keeping its distance.   Vince and I are very interested
in Simon.  In fact, I think we'd like to send you a deposit to hold her for us.  Pollyanna is going to need a housemate to keep her company
during the weekdays.  However, we are curious about two things.  First, we have a vacation scheduled for March 31 though April 8 and
would prefer not to have to pick him up until after we return from our trip.  We could plan to come down on April 11, the day before Easter.
Would this work for you?  Secondly, we'd like to see him (online photos are fine) and ask some questions about his personality as it unfolds
before deciding on Simon.  We would also be curious about his potential adult size in comparison to Pollyanna's.  You will probably be able
to give us a pretty good sense of these things via e-mail or a phone call as he ages a bit more.   If we decided not to go with Simon, which is
probably unlikely, we'd apply the deposit to another one of your pups.  Is this possible?  Please let me know about these two items, and if
they're not a problem, I'll drop a check in the mail to you.   Pollyanna is sleeping by my side as I write this.  I took her to the park this
afternoon, and she had a good run for a little pup.  We're going out tonight to celebrate a friend's dinner, so I'm hoping she'll sleep soundly
while we're gone.   It was a pleasure meeting you and seeing your many dogs.  Thank you for passing along such a sweet girl!  She sends
her love.     Sincerely,    David  2-17-09

Wow,  It is going on three years and we wanted to give you a quick update .  Now that Mr. Big has passed teenage dog years we still haven't
taken him to a groomer. Michelle loves his long hair and is afraid to have it cut.   Here is a recent picture.  Thanks for such a wonderful  dog

Hi Diane.  I just wanted to update you on Oscar.  He is doing great!   He sleeps all night in his crate in our room.  He is probably 95%
housebroken - he only has an accident occasionally - not even everyday.  Eddie is very friendly and tolerant of Oscar but he will let him
know when he has had enough.  He still loves his little bunny that you sent with him, although it has lost its tail!  Oscar is particularly
enthralled by our guinea pig named Peanut Butter.  He just sits and watches him and then will start barking at him.  It is really funny to
watch.  He also walks quite well on a leash but has to run for the whole walk to keep up with Ed.  He has been so much fun.  He wags his tail
and gives lots of kisses.     He will run to the door when we come home - even if we have only just walked outside for a minute.  He is such a
sweetie.   I am going to forward you a few pictures - pre haircut and post haircut.  The groomer ladies loved him, and they said Eddie was
very protective of Oscar.    Take care!     Colleen Schuster    2-10-09

Hi Diane,    I have been wanting to send you some photos of Murphy, but am finally getting around to it.  He has been traveling all over in our
RV.  He and our other Shitzu, Lucy, have been to Florida, New Mexico and everywhere in between.  Murphy still plays with his favorite toy
that you gave him.  We have named it his "God Mommie Toy".  He loves his raw hide's also.  I hope you enjoy seeing these as much as we
enjoy our "Murphy".  He has brought so much joy into our home.     Thanks for sharing him with us,       Diane Heyob    2-3-09

Hi Diane,    I'm attaching a picture of Oliver after his 1st puppy cut at the groomer.  He is quite the handsome little guy and smart as can be.
He is sitting pretty for treats and will sit then retrieve his little soccer ball from under Kevin's chin when given the green light.  He alsohas a
mallard duck that he has become quite attached to and loves to carry all over the house.    We have been accident free for the most part
and are doing well with the crate training too.  I have to say he would much rather be by our side though,  but he understands that he will get
unlimited attention when we   He is truly everything we had hope to get in a puppy and has the most wonderful disposition possible.  We call
him our little love sponge....he just can't get enough and has so much to share.  He is our little Ollie-man and Kevin is Daddy-man but he
follows me whenever  I leave the room.  He is an absolute joy to have in our lives.  Thank you  again for everything.

Here is a picture of Percy playing last night after his bath.  He is such a little doll baby, and so animated!  He's already learned to love
his baths... I make a game of it, and give him treats.  His little tail wags 'till it resembles a helicopter!  Such a little dog, but such a BIG
personality -- we are certain he thinks he's a king!  (We're not going to tell him any differently!!!  Haha)  I'll follow up with more photos
soon -- Thanks again for everything!  He's such a wonderful addition to our family!!!  We NEEDED Percy.     Percy loves snow, but loves grass
even more.  He has been going potty outside and doing so well!  Our entire family and extended family has fallen victim to Percy's charm,
and we are all absolutely in love with the little guy!  I will send a more detailed update and pictures soon.  Janie     1-28-09
March 13th he turned 3 years old.  He is still the sweet little guy he has always been and mommy’s boy (as usual) He is still the cutest and
sweetest most lovable little guy.  I am so glad that you talked to me about having a male.  He seems to be sweeter than any dog we had.  He
is our cuddle bug and loves to snuggle a lot even since he has matured to having his 3rd birthday.  Where does time fly?  He loves the
grandkids and is right there to protect them.   I will send you a picture soon of the day of his third birthday.   Thanks so much for giving your
puppies such a great start in life.  They know they are loved before they even reach their new homes.   Sincerely,  Susan   3-31-10

Hi Diane,    Our precious boy is doing great! He is a sweet heart. His puppy coat is REALLY thick and getting long. It is starting to part down
the middle of his back. When will he get his adult coat? He is so soft and fluffy, not a tangle. I can comb through it with a fine comb.   The Vet
said last time, "you have a good dog". I don't think he was talking about his little tail wagging. I had not asked him that question. He used to
breed Shih Tzus many years ago.   Jamie keeps asking me, when will Quincy get his new teeth? His baby teeth are like needles.   I love your
new babies!!!! The boy has such nice markings. I want to show Jamie the new puppies and see if he thinks we could get another one now.
Quincy is almost 5 months old and he plays rough. He shakes a big fat round fish so hard he slings it across the room.   I want to name
Quincy after the beautiful place he was born. Any suggestions? I love your mounds! If they are Indian Mounds, do you know what culture? I
know you would want to keep it VERY quiet.    I must go check on my baby. He gets to go to the hallway, kitchen and dining room now. He is
so proud of himself. He just wiggles and wags his tail in excitement.   We could not love him more. Watching him always brings a smile and
hugging him warms our hearts.    Thank you,    Linda     3-23-10

Thank you so much for the pictures and kind words.  So far, so good!   It is Sunday evening and I am happy to report ....no messes on the
floors yet!  But then again, my girls have not put Sassy down.   We made it back to Columbus without any concerns and Sassy slept from 10:
30 PM to 5:30 AM without a peep...good first night!   She is very sweet, lovable and being approved by all family members
(Grandma/Aunt/Uncle/Ex-Spouse/Etc....)  I will be sure to keep you up to date as to her status & pictures.  Thanks again.

Hi Diane,    Sorry I have been so long in sending you a picture.  January was a difficult month for us. Roxy is doing great.  Infact the other day
I was on the phone with Ed and he started laughing, he said Roxy was on top of Pebbles trying to get her toy back.  I heard her barking.  He
said she does that.  Sometimes Pebbles takes her toys, but she is not mean to her.  She has Roxy bluffed right now.  He said he sits and
laughs at them all the time.  He loves them both so very much.   We had a hard time with Roxy's bows so I think she doesnt wear them most
of the time.  We are afraid of hurting her. So her and Pebbles dont wear them I think.   Hope all is well.  Your new pups are so pretty.  My
brother in law at one time wanted one.   He is retiring and already has one named Odie.  They would be a good home for a puppy as well.  I
will have to tell him about your new ones.   Take care.      Love Ann Kay    2-21-10

Diane,   I've been meaning for awhile now to send you some updated pics of our little wonderpets, Giz and Murphy.  I just wanted you to know
how well they are doing these days.  Gizmo is now two and Murphy will be two in May.  We are still SO excited to come home to them
Murphy is a flopsy, roly poly dynamo that barrels at you lopsided.  We added a rabbit to our household this Christmas and while Gizmo can
be trusted with it, Murphy constantly wants to chase it around and bite its ears.  Since we have a cat that allows him to do just that, he
doesn't understand this new creature running from him!   We take them both to the nursing home for visits with my mother-in-law and
everyone gets such a kick out of them.   I keep a close eye on your website and hope you remain in business for years to come.  Eventually I
WILL have another!  Plus I just like looking at baby pictures!   Thanks again for the greatest dogs ever,   Kim Giel    1-13-10

Thanks for the info!  I thank God every day that we decided to take Spenser (aka Little Seth).  I live in the same condominium complex as
Lexie so I see them every day.  We each have 2 dogs which is the limit there!  Spenser is such a hoot. I was reading your info on female vs.
male dogs in that females are more popular.  Lex and I both agree that we have never enjoyed a dog more than Spenser!  He tends to have a
little bit of "Little Man Syndrome" but besides that he is hilarious!    Thanks again for all the info.  Take care!     Maryann    1-11-10
